Deepak Kapoor

Qualified in the year 1986, Mr. Deepak Kapoor is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since the year 1993 and is a qualified Information and System Auditor [DISA]. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also completed certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection conducted by the institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr. Kapoor carries with him 30 years plus experience in the profession of accountancy. He is regularly providing services to a number of clients in the area of corporate restructuring, corporate finance, Mergers, De-mergers, Business Valuations, Joint Ventures etc.
